Construction Teaching Routeway

Introduction

The NE Construction & the Built Environment CoVE network involving Hartlepool College of FE, City of Sunderland College, Northumberland College, New College Durham and Newcastle College, in partnership with the LSC and JCP identified the potential to offer the Level 3 Introduction to Delivering Learning (7302) to Jobcentre Plus customers who were suitably qualified construction workers, but no longer able to work on the ‘tools’, to boost teaching capacity in the FE sector.
