The Regional Employability Framework (REF)
The Regional Economic Strategy (RES) for the North East identifies both improving productivity and improving levels of economic activity as key objectives for the region. A key strategic driver for achieving these objectives is the North East’s Regional Employability Framework (REF).
One North East and its partners are committed to using the REF to join up employment and skills support to help individuals into sustainable employment and progression, and support businesses to succeed in the future.
