Nextstep is the national branded 'face to face' information and advice service for adults funded by the Learning & Skills Council (LSC). It offers a universal information service on learning and work and an advice service for adults aged 20 and above yet to achieve their first level 2 qualification. If an adult does not have a first full level 3 and is referred from Jobcentre Plus or Learndirect-advice, or has a qualification that is now out of date, they may also be eligible for an advice session.
